No, funds cannot be transferred from the card wallet to your primary account.
The NCMC wallet on the card is designed specifically for transit payments, and the balance available in this wallet cannot be transferred to your primary Orbit Wallet account or to a bank account.
However, for the Prepaid Wallet in the Orbit Wallet app:
The balance cannot be transferred during normal usage.
In case of account closure, the available prepaid wallet balance can be transferred to your registered bank account. The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days from the time of account closure.
