What should I do if my card is lost?

If your card is lost or stolen, You can block your card using Orbit wallet mobile app, also you can report it to our customer support to get it blocked. Note that any offline wallet (NCMC) balance in the card's wallet won't be refunded if the card is lost, even if you inform the bank. It's also a good idea to immediately disable the contactless feature of your card using the Orbit wallet app.


How to block your card using the Orbit Wallet app:

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Go to the card home screen.
  3. Tap the menu option on the top right corner.
  4. Choose 'Permanent Block Card'.
  5. Select the reason for blocking:
    • Card lost or stolen
    • Card damaged
  6. Proceed to block the card.
