How can I add money to my Orbit Card?

There are two type of balances in card one is transit balance and other one is prepaid balance

Transit Balance

To recharge your Orbit card for metro travel follow these steps:

• Step 1- At the metro station, visit the ticket counter, and ask the customer representative to recharge the card
• Step 2- That's it, you can start using your card by tapping the Orbit card on the AFC(Automated fare collection) machines

Prepaid Balance

To load your Orbit Card for online purchases, shopping, fuel, or parking, follow these steps:

• Step 1-Open the Orbit Wallet app.
• Step 2-Tap on your Orbit Card from the home screen.
• Step 3-Select 'Add +' button under NCMC wallet
• Step 4- Enter the desired amount and complete the payment.

Note: Post top-up you can visit the nearest transport operator and update balance on the card by tapping the cards at balance update devices.

• Your card is now ready for use!
