Where can I top up my Orbit Card?

You can top up (recharge) your Orbit Card using the following options:

? 1. Through the Orbit Wallet App

Open the Orbit Wallet App.

Select your Orbit / Singara Chennai NCMC Card.

Choose Add Money / Recharge.

Enter the amount and complete the payment.

After recharging through the app, you may need to update the balance on your physical card by tapping it on a AVM (Add Value Machine) to claim the balance.

? 2. At Metro Stations

Use the AVM (Add Value Machines) available near the metro counters.

Tap your card and select Balance Update / Claim Balance after recharging online.

? 3. Through Bus Conductors (for supported routes)

You can ask the bus conductor to update or load balance using their POS device (where supported).
