If you're unsure whether your card is lost or stolen and think you might have just misplaced it, you can choose to temporarily block the card. Once you find your card, you can unblock it and continue using it as usual.
How to block your card using the Orbit Wallet app:
- Log in to the app.
- Go to the home screen.
- Tap the menu option on the top right corner.
- Choose 'Temporary Block Card'.
- Proceed to lock the card.
