My Orbit Card isn't working. What should I do?

Before you make a payment, make sure your card has enough funds and that contactless payments are turned on.

To check if contactless payments are on:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap the three lines at the top left.
  3. Under 'Card Details,' see if 'Contactless Payments' is on or off.
  4. If it's off, turn it on.

Please note that some apps and offline merchants might not accept payments through the Orbit prepaid card.
