Before you make a payment, make sure your card has enough funds and that contactless payments are turned on.
To check if contactless payments are on:
- Open the app.
- Tap the three lines at the top left.
- Under 'Card Details,' see if 'Contactless Payments' is on or off.
- If it's off, turn it on.
Please note that some apps and offline merchants might not accept payments through the Orbit prepaid card.
