If the fare for my journey is higher than the balance on my Orbit Card, can I still exit the station?

If you try to exit with insufficient balance on your Orbit Card, you'll need to pay the remaining fare (minus Rs.10) separately using cash or another digital method at the Customer Care Centre. The operator will adjust your card. When you exit, Rs.10 will be deducted from your Orbit Card at the AFC exit gate. No discounts apply for this journey.
